DasCoin CEO Michael Mathias has made an exciting announcement: the cryptocurrency is to be listed on CoinBene, one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world. This will mark the fourth listing of DasCoin on a cryptocurrency exchange, enabling public trading, which Mathias cites as a crucial component of the DasCoin journey.
Other Exchanges with DasCoin
Since 27th April 2018, DasCoin has been listed on three other public exchanges. As of the 27th April 2018 at The Evolution of Money event at the London O2 Arena, DasCoin was listed on BTC-Alpha, CoinFalcon and EUBX. Since then, the DasCoin team has worked hard to determine which exchange it would be listed on next. The team carefully vetted various prospective exchanges before announcing the fourth trading platform.
In the meantime, DASC has also been listed on DasExchange, the proprietary exchange for DasCoin that includes an orderbook as well as the option to buy or sell. Mathias is also working with other exchanges to begin listing DasCoin on more platforms and expects to announce new exchange partners soon.
In preparation for the increasing number of exchanges that DasCoin is listed on, the format for the DasExchange’s listing of DASC has changed slightly. It was previously listed to just two decimal places but now has at least five. This precision should help provide transparency while making it easier for traders to determine the pricing differences via the matching process that occurs for sell and buy orders.
Advantages of CoinBene
The choice to list on CoinBene came after months of vetting from DasCoin, and this seems to have been a savvy decision on the cryptocurrency’s part. CoinBene is relatively new but already has a strong presence and excellent reviews. Users and experts alike praise it for its familiar exchange interface, the ability to choose from seven languages, the range of trading pairs on offer, and the fact that it is straightforward to use. CoinBene is also highly ranked on CoinMarketCap’s independent analysis, where it has sat within the top 10 exchanges consistently.
One of Many Advances for DasCoin
This new listing on CoinBene is just one of many recent advances for DasCoin. In July 2018, the DasCoin blockchain made headlines when it became among the fastest blockchains anywhere following a dramatic change in its speed from six to threes econds per block. It has also been listed on CoinMarketCap and Blockfolio.
